According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) applicable in Germany, every manufacturer is obliged to provide a reasonable opportunity for the return of old equipment from users other than private households.

After entering the necessary information, you can use our return form to print out a prepared shipment label containing all the information required for further processing. Please print out the shipment label and attach it to the shipment so that it is clearly visible. Please order an appropriate parcel service to send the waste electrical equipment to our address.
