Why and at what point a RMA number is required ?

A RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a number, that is provided by the manufacturer for returning a product. The Spectrum GmbH uses this process only as a structured way of returning products for repair. In order to return products for other reasons, such as for example returning loan equipment, no RMA number is required.

How-to obtain a RMA number ?

Before returning a product, please contact our support team for a detailed failure analysis. A member of our support team will then contact you and gather any information required for a fast and efficient repair, as well as inform you about the whole repair process and providing you with the RMA form containing the required RMA number.
