MX.6033 – High-Speed Generator for PXIThe 4 versions of the PXI arbitrary waveform generator series MX.60xx are working with 14 bit resolution, 1 to 2 channels and sampling rates between 20 MS/s and 125 MS/s. Data is either generated from the on-board memory that can hold a maximum of 128 Mbytes or continuously loaded from PCI bus with up to 100 MB/s. This extremely fast streaming mode is made available by the board feature of using all on-board memory for FIFO buffering.
Signal offset and amplitude can be programmed between +/- 100 mV and +/- 3 V. The extra strong output driver is capable of driving 50 ohm loads even with full output level. An unique option are two additional synchronous digital output channels per every analog output channel.
These cards support the PXI reference clock, star trigger and PXI trigger lines. But they can also be used in standard CompactPCI systems.
The cards are delivered with drivers for Windows and Linux also containing examples for C/C++, Visual Basic, Delphi and LabWindows. As an option software drivers for LabVIEW, DASYLab, MATLAB and VEE are also available.
