±10 V Amplifier option

The Amplifier option is available as an extra card in addition to the existing arbitrary waveform generators. The fixed amplification factor forms ±10 V out of the ±3 V output level of the generator boards. The amplifier have an output impedance of 50 ohm. Therefore the maximum output level is ±10 V with high impedance termination and ±5 V with 50 ohm termination.
The amplifier boards are available with 1, 2 and 4 channels and all have a bandwidth of 30 MHz. This matches perfectly with all cards of the 60xx and 61xx series. The amplifiers are available for PCI (picture) and CompactPCI 3U and 6U.
