Synchronisation Star HubThe Star Hub is an additional module for all MI boards. It allows it to synchronize up to 16 boards with no phase delay between them. This option allows it to build multi channel acquisition systems with up to 128 channels as well as to connect input and output boards together or to combine analogue and digital boards.
Across the star hub clock and trigger information are exchanged between the boards. All connected boards are using the same clock and trigger. One board is defined to be the master board and generates clock for itself and the other boards. This board or another board generates the trigger for all connected boards.
