M2i/M3i OR/AND trigger

Using two mask all trigger sources can be combinded with OR and/or with AND. This allows the realization of several different trigger setups:werden:

• Conjunction of several channel triggers with the OR function. If any of the channels detects a trigger event, the acquistion on all channels is started.
• Gate function for the trigger detection using an external gate signal and the AND function.
