Multiple Recording

The option Multiple Recording (M2i and M3i cards) allows the recording of several trigger events without restarting the hardware. Events which occur at a very high repitition rate could be recorded with this option. The dead time after end of one segment is less than 4 samples at M2i cards.

The memory of the board will be divided into several segments of the same size. Each segment will be filled with data when a trigger event occurs. Pretrigger, Posttrigger and Delaytrigger can be programmed.

Multiple Recording could be combined with the Timestamp option to record start time of a segment.
